The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. There may, hence, be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products. For dimensions beyond the mentioned products, we take customized orders for which the client has to pay 50% advance to process the order, the price will be mentioned once the order is placed.

Havans, Pujas & All Other Services
The rate that is mentioned for all the Havans and pujas are performed only for you privately or anyone whom you want which must be specified while booking. If you want us to perform on a group basis (group sankalpam), write to us at infopujariji@gmail.com Pujariji shall not be held responsible if the vendor/priest does not show up or is delayed to your place due to any natural causes (flooding, heavy traffic etc.), accidents/health issues or any other environmental/Government issues. Also note that all the pandits/priests registered with Pujariji.com performing pujas on your request are all independent contractors and therefore Pujariji.com shall not be answerable to any dispute or problem that arises between the User and the Pandit/Priests. Kindly note that Pujariji.com is just a connecting platform for users to connect with priests.

The benefits of Havans, Pujas, Yantras, and other rituals mentioned on our website are as per shastras. They are provided for users' understanding. The outcome of the rituals may vary from person to person, and we at Pujariji.com do not promise any outcomes. The booking of Havans or pujas or any other rituals with Pujariji.com by the user is done on his or her sole discretion.
Pujariji.com takes utmost care while shipping the items. All the items are packed with standard packing materials. Shipping is done through INDIAN POST or DHL or FEDEX or BLUEDART for International customers, in compliance with the laws applicable in India. Any change in government policies, excise duties, taxes, etc., has to be borne by the buyer.
The responsibility of Pujariji.com ends with shipping the material from its registered office in India, and providing the tracking number / ID. Any other excise duties, taxes, etc., if any, in the buyer’s country has to be borne by the buyer.
The color of Yantra may not be similar to the images on our website. The images are given just for the purpose of understanding only. Yantras are made of copper, so the color changes are natural over a period. Pujariji.com is not responsible for the change of color.

• All payments for Puja Services must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment Responsibility: Sanatan Astro Private Limited is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by:
• Lack of authorization for any transaction.
• Exceeding the pre-determined limit agreed upon between you and your bank.
• Any payment-related issues arising from the transaction.
• Rejection of the transaction for any other reason.
• Do not share card details, login details, or any personal information with employees, officials, or any third parties.
• Card information provided on the website/app is secure.
1. General Refunds:
o No refunds once a session is booked and/or completed.
o Refunds for cancellations made 2 days or more before the Pooja event.
o No refunds for cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the event or on the day of the event during the muhurth time due to reasons from the devotee’s side.
2. Request Process:
o Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to support@pujariji.com.
o Acknowledgment of cancellation will be sent within 2 working days.
o Fees refunded within 12 working days, subject to the Refund Policy.
3. Sanatan Astro Private Limited-Related Cancellations:
o If unable to attend the session due to reasons related to Sanatan Astro Private Limited, request a refund by contacting support@pujariji.com or customer care at +91 8932980098.
o Refund requests honored at Sanatan Astro Private Limited's discretion and only in exceptional cases.
4. Temple-Related Cancellations:
o No refunds if a puja service is canceled by the temple or religious institution.
o If the service is rescheduled, you will be notified, and the service can be performed on the new date and time.
• Puja services provided by Sanatan Astro Private Limited and/or the temple may be canceled or rescheduled by the religious institution.
• Events beyond the reasonable control of Sanatan Astro (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic, government orders) may affect the services.
• Sanatan Astro Private Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in such cases.
