Payment Facility
Cancellations can be made 2 days or more before the Pooja event. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the event. Refunds will not be provided for Poojas Cancelled on that particular day during that muhurth time due to any reason from the devotee’s side. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to support@pujariji.com. A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 2 working days, and fees refunded within 12 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
If Pujari ji offers a Pooja Service, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services at our website. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide.
The App/Web provides payment facilities through various methods, including:
- Virtual payment wallet
- Online payment via debit/credit card
- Internet banking
- Other methods adopted by “Sanatan Astro Private Limited” (Pujari Ji) from time to time
Payment Responsibility
When using any payment method available on the App/Web, Sanatan Astro Private Limited will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction
- Exceeding the pre-determined limit agreed upon between you and your bank
- Any payment-related issues arising from the transaction
- Rejection of the transaction for any other reason
All payments for Puja Services on the App/Web must be made in Indian Rupees. Sanatan Astro Private Limited” (Pujari Ji) will not facilitate transactions in any other currency for puja services.
Security
Please do not share your card details, login details, or any personal information with our employees, officials, or any third parties. Card information provided on the website/app is secure, and we take measures to ensure the identity and payment details of each profile are protected.
Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: Once a session is booked and/or completed, no refund requests will be entertained for deductions made from your User Wallet for the session.
- Sanatan Astro Private Limited -Related Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the session due to a reason related to Sanatan Astro Private Limited” (Pujari Ji), you can request a refund by contacting support@pujariji.com or customer care at +91 8932980098. Refund requests will be honored at Sanatan Astro Private Limited” (Pujari Ji) discretion and only in exceptional cases.
- Temple-Related Cancellations: If a puja service is canceled by the temple or religious institution, no refund requests will be entertained. If the service is rescheduled to an alternate date, you will be notified, and the service can be performed on that date and time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You acknowledge that puja services provided by Sanatan Astro Private Limited” (Pujari Ji) and/or the temple may be canceled or rescheduled by the religious institution. Events beyond the reasonable control of Sanatan Astro (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic, government orders, etc.) may also affect the services. In such cases, Sanatan Astro Private Limited” (Pujari Ji) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by you.
