The Website Owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates (“pujariji.com” or “we” or “us” or “our”) provides the information contained on the website or any of the pages comprising the website (“website”) to visitors (“visitors”) (cumulatively referred to as “you” or “your” hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of the website.

 

The rituals (such as Pooja, Prasad, Abhishekam, etc.) are performed at the location requested by you by representatives assigned by Pujariji.com, either before or after the payment of the required fee (wherever applicable).

The charges mentioned include the cost of materials required for the Pooja, fees paid to our representative for performing the rituals, and other charges such as taxes, etc.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All content, graphics, logos, and trademarks on Pujariji.com are the exclusive property of Pujariji.com.
  • Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or redistributing any content without prior written permission from Pujariji.com.

 

Payment Methods:

  1. Virtual payment wallet
  2. Online payment via debit/credit card
  3. Internet banking
  4. Other methods adopted by Pujariji.com from time to time

Currency:

  • All payments for Puja Services must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payment Responsibility: Pujariji.com is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction.
  • Exceeding the pre-determined limit agreed upon between you and your bank.
  • Any payment-related issues arising from the transaction.
  • Rejection of the transaction for any other reason.

Security:

  • Do not share card details, login credentials, or any personal information with employees, officials, or third parties.
  • Card information provided on the website/app is secure and protected.

Refund Policy

  1. General Refunds:
    • No refunds are issued once a session is booked and/or completed.
    • Refunds will be processed for cancellations made 2 days or more before the scheduled Puja event.
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 days (48 hours) of the event or on the day of the event during the muhurta time due to reasons from the devotee’s side.
  2. Request Process:
    • Notice of cancellation must be sent via email to support@pujariji.com.
    • An acknowledgment of the cancellation will be sent within 2 working days.
    • Refunds will be processed within 12 working days, subject to the Refund Policy.
  3. Pujariji.com-Related Cancellations:
    • If unable to conduct the session due to reasons related to Pujariji.com, you may request a refund by contacting support@pujariji.com or customer care at +91 8932980098.
    • Refund requests will be honoured at the sole discretion of Pujariji.com and only in exceptional cases.
  4. Temple-Related Cancellations:
    • No refunds will be issued if a puja service is cancelled by the temple or religious institution.
    • If the service is rescheduled, you will be notified, and the service can be performed on the new date and time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Puja services provided by Pujariji.com and/or the temple may be cancelled or rescheduled by the religious institution.
  • Events beyond the reasonable control of Sanatan Astro (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government orders) may affect the services.
  • Pujariji.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in such cases.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Pujariji.com will not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as technical issues, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
  • Users agree that Pujariji.com’s liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific puja service.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes arising out of the services provided by Pujariji.com shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • The jurisdiction for all legal matters will be Sant Kabir Nagar  Uttar Pradesh, India.

TERMINATION

  • Pujariji.com reserves the right to terminate user accounts or deny services without prior notice if users violate these Terms & Conditions.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Users must not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
    • Providing false information during booking.
    • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
    • Using the services for illegal purposes.
