Shiv Parthiv Puja
Shiv Parthiv Puja is a traditional and highly revered ritual dedicated to Lord Shiva, where a Shivling is crafted from clean soil or clay and worshipped with full विधि-विधान. The word “Parthiv” means “made from earth,” symbolizing humility and connection with nature.
The puja begins with the preparation of the Parthiv Shivling, followed by its installation and ritual worship using offerings such as water, milk, bel patra, flowers, sandalwood, and sacred मंत्र जाप. Devotees chant Shiva mantras and perform abhishek to invoke divine blessings.
This puja is believed to be especially effective in removing past karmic doshas, resolving life obstacles, and fulfilling desires related to health, wealth, marriage, and success. It holds great significance when performed on Mondays, during the holy month of Shravan, or on special occasions like Maha Shivratri.
